Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist project managers in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Manage project files, both physical and digital.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working on construction projects and understanding of the construction process.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
