As a Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer at Ciena Canada, Inc., you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Wavelogic family of products. With a proven track record of success in high-speed analog circuit architecture, you will be responsible for architecting circuit solutions and performing feasibility work to recommend the best solution for implementation.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for advancing the state-of-the-art in analog circuit design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecting circuit solutions and performing feasibility work to recommend the best solution for implementation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-performance analog circuits
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and presentations for senior management
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing experiences with the rest of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in high-speed analog circuit design and architecture
  • Strong understanding of CMOS and BiCMOS technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
