We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Quality Officer to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and quality improvement across our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on quality improvement and patient safety
- Monitor and report on quality improvement metrics and trends
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality improvement or patient safety
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
