Nous sommes à la recherche d'un responsable des relations clientèle bancaire passionné qui souhaite rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Inuvik, au Canada. En tant que membre de l'équipe Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous utiliserez votre connaissance approfondie des produits et services financiers pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins uniques et leur fournir des solutions personnalisées pour répondre à ces besoins. Votre tâche consiste également à résoudre les problèmes complexes de nos clients et à trouver des solutions innovantes pour améliorer leur expérience client.

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de garantir que nos clients soient toujours satisfaits et qu'ils continuent à faire confiance à la Banque CIBC. Pour cela, nous recherchons quelqu'un qui partage nos valeurs axées sur les clients et qui est prêt à aller au-delà pour offrir une expérience exceptionnelle.
