Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 102150864 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, monitor revenues to determine labour cost, and plan and organize daily operations.
- Staff Management: Recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and lead/instruct individuals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: MS Office, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet, and Food Safety Certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and overtime required.
- Competitive Salary: $0 - $100,000.
