Restaurant Operations Manager

Saskatchewan Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgetary Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and health and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Benefits: Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA), permanent work term, and 35-40 hours of work per week.
- Language: English.
