Mill Operator/General Labour

We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator/General Labour to join our team at Argo Lumber. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the mill to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to cut and sort lumber
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Stock and maintain raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure equipment and tools are well-maintained and in good working condition
Requirements:
- Experience working in a mill or lumberyard environment
- Basic knowledge of lumber and building products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous change
- Physical stamina to stand throughout the shift and lift moderately heavy items
