Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, preparing and submitting reports, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any work problems that may arise.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
  • Willing to relocate.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
