Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, and review candidate inventories.
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
- Prepare job offers and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Arrange training for staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
