Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at Associated Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including reports, proposals, and technical writing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design and contract administration, with a focus on civil engineering and transportation infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Alberta and British Columbia.
