Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other Branch Managers to ensure consistency and quality of services
- Manage branch operations, including IT, payroll, hiring, and human resource management
- Develop succession planning for key positions and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in insurance
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Insurance designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or AIIC, RIBO, or AIC Level 2)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal and credit background check
