Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Project Execution and Monitoring
    • Oversee project execution, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action as needed
    • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and operations teams
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure high-quality project delivery, including adherence to company standards and customer expectations
    • Identify and mitigate risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • High School Diploma
    • IICRC Certification
  • Experience and Skills
    • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration industry
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Language and Other Requirements
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
    • Class G Driver's License (required)
