Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vivo Liquor #106 Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Manage cash and oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
