This position involves developing a long-term professional services sales strategy and executing it within Federal Government accounts. As a trusted advisor, the Sr. Enterprise Services Manager will manage the working relationship with Federal Government organizations, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers and portfolios

• Identify and develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases

• Create demand, shape deals, including estimations and deal pricing

• Negotiate contracts and Statements of Work

• Lead innovation and scoping workshops with customers

• Establish and maintain deep, trustful relationships with customer executives

• Educate customers on AWS services and translate them into a clear business value proposition

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of experience selling transformative consulting services to the Federal Government of Canada

• Proven track record of positioning and leading procurement on large-scale enterprise IT projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations
