About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Jasmeet Kaur Dhaliwal, Baljeet Singh Dhaliwal. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas.

Providing Information and Assistance

You will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, as well as obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service.

Switchboard and Telephone Operations

You will be responsible for operating the switchboard or telephone system, answering calls, and relaying messages to the relevant team members.

Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending invoices, and maintaining work records and logs.

Customer Service and Communication

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be required to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. You will also be required to have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications

You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in administration and customer service. You will also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient in English.
