The role involves interacting with members and guests, welcoming everyone who enters the gym, touring and discussing different membership types, and handling various tasks such as:

  • Member relations and customer service
  • Facility cleaning and maintenance
  • Answering phone calls and taking appropriate actions
  • Making smoothies and preparing retail items
  • Front desk attendance and light laundry
  • Maintaining front desk, pro shop, restrooms, and workout areas

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Basic math skills and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Retail cash handling experience (an asset)

Compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
