About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front-end team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to customers, building connections and sharing a laugh along the way.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, calling for support from the relevant department team member when needed.
  • Inform customers about our customer loyalty program and other incentives, such as our smoothie cards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Engage with customers, sharing knowledge about our products and services, and sending them off with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring our products and store look their best.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions through our flyers and magazines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience handling money and processing transactions is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for local, organic, and sustainable food and natural supplements.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 22 kg.
