We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at Spruce Wood Ltd. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with an estimated salary of $85,000 to $105,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization within the company. They will conduct quality audits, develop quality management and quality assurance standards, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.

Additionally, they will oversee the development of communication strategies, manage knowledge, offer mentoring, and plan and control budget and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization within the company
  • Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge and offer mentoring
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
