Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to senior staff members
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars
* Coordinate events and meetings
* Develop and maintain filing systems
* Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
