Dedicated Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong work ethic.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: The Dedicated Office Coordinator will schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: They will maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including minutes and action items.
- Communication: The successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless coordination of events and tasks.
- Office Administration: They will perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting visitors.
- Ty ping and Proofreading: The Dedicated Office Coordinator will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais
- Work Hours: Heures de travail: 35 to 40 hours per week
