The Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) role is responsible for developing and implementing technology designs for customer-specific voice, data, and dedicated Internet solutions for our business customers.
As the overall project management lead, the CSE provides a smooth and efficient network building process, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers to leverage the best capabilities for high-quality customer-specific services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified new or recent graduate engineer with exceptional analytical skills, effective communication, and customer focus. Knowledge of budget management, economic evaluation, and business solution design and delivery is essential.
Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with preference given to Electrical or Industrial disciplines. Understanding of network design and knowledge or experience in telecommunications, especially telephone, data networks, and IP, are beneficial.
Strong computer skills, fluent in MS Office (especially Excel and Visio), and a valid driver's license are required. Certification in SS& SIP, CCNA, or CCNP is an asset.
The successful candidate must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 upon hire, subject to Federal Human rights law.
