Job Title: Integrity Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrity Solutions Engineer to join our team at Eastlink. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology design for customer-specific voice, data, and dedicated Internet solutions.
  • Apply engineering training and background to handle design analysis, estimate costs, and initiate approval processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers to leverage the best capabilities for high-quality customer-specific services.
  • Work with Senior Network Engineering to learn network configurations of Telephone, Video, IP, and Transport Networks.
  • Ensure all technical specifications of our national network engineering requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical or Industrial disciplines.
  • Understanding of network design and knowledge of telecommunication systems.
  • Highly driven, good time-management, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, fluent in MS Office (especially Excel and Visio).
  • Certification in SS&, SIP, CCNA, or CCNP is an asset.
