Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train sales staff, assign duties, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal stock levels.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Store Operations: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
