Job Title: Technical Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team at Neptronic. As a Technical Support specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with their technical challenges and ensuring the successful installation and operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement validation devices and procedures for various electro-mechanical products used in the HVAC industry
  • Create test setups and document procedure results
  • Resolve complex technical challenges, whether related to product or subassemblies
  • Assist our quality assurance and production departments with their questions, and collaborate with them to implement improvements

Requirements:

  • A solid academic background (Bachelor's Degree or DEC) in the mechanical, electrical, or software field
  • A pragmatic and analytical approach – you are curious and a creative problem-solver
  • Ability to analyze customers' needs and meet difficult technical challenges and tight deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
