Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Apply environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures
  • Assist with monthly Health & Safety audits
  • Supervise daily operations, including scheduling, sales, and production targets
  • Support employees with daily tasks and operational initiatives
  • Assist with employee communications
  • Collaborate with internal partners to follow up on business processes
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations of hourly employees
  • Perform administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, and schedules
  • Support the Branch Manager in recruiting, welcoming, and integrating new employees
  • Act as an ambassador for organizational change and participate in the roll-out to your branch

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a management role
  • College or university diploma
  • Experience in retail or automotive sales is an asset
