Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role is ideal for individuals with prior retail management experience who are looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective Guest Services strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
