About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Rogers, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for leading by example, providing coaching and guidance to your team members, and ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and develop a high-performing team
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements
  • You have a passion for influencing and inspiring teams

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (ability to work 40 hours/week)
