Job Title: Executive Culinary Director
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Global Spectrum Facility Management LP. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens, developing menus, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality and nutritional standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff supervision, and food safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Cook Trade Certification and Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically demanding with standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
