About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. UX Researcher to join our Product Design Team at Equinox Fitness Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering human-centered insights that inform and shape our digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research studies to uncover customer pain points and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and data analysts to understand user needs and create the best user experiences.
  • Present insights at both executive and team levels, being able to dive deep into details as needed and provide high-level summaries for quick decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape and its impact on our business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in UX research.
  • Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience synthesizing findings and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
  • Proficiency with remote research and survey tools such as UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, and Alida.
