Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Team Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely responses to clients.
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist with the opening and closing of real estate transactions, including scheduling and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Due Diligence: Support the drafting of legal documents and correspondence under the direction of paralegals and lawyer(s), ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an intermediate administrative role.
  • Diploma in Administration from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Office 365.
  • Proven track record of excellent organizational skills and effective systems management.
  • Advanced communication skills across all mediums.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
