Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks, including staff development and expense control
- Ensure all aspects of merchandising and inventory control are in adherence with Company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
- Physical demands of the job require standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
