Job Title: Visual Merchandising Leader

As a Visual Merchandising Leader at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing an excellent client experience through effective visual merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the General Manager to support the entire team in driving sales, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store sales and create an engaging client experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability expectations for the store.
  • Maintain an active leadership presence on the sales floor and inspire a strong sales culture.
  • Advise the General Manager on new arrivals and product opportunities to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Preferred Retail System knowledge.
