About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at KAVIN GROUP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
