About Eisa Trading Inc.

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of company objectives.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place to optimize resource allocation.
  • Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  • Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Operational Management: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized
  • Work Arrangements: Permanent, 40 hours per week, English language
