We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to join our team as General Manager at SOFITEL LEGEND SANTA CLARA CARTAGENA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for steering daily operations and driving business growth in line with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth;
