Job Description

B.C. is seeking an experienced Cook to join their team as an Executive Chef, responsible for menu planning, food service management, and maintaining inventory records.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cooking and kitchen operations. As a key member of the B.C. team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, and managing kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for special events and daily operations
  • Coordinate kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and serving
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the B.C. team to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment status
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
What We Offer
