B.C. is seeking an experienced Cook to join their team as an Executive Chef, responsible for menu planning, food service management, and maintaining inventory records.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cooking and kitchen operations. As a key member of the B.C. team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, and managing kitchen staff.
Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for special events and daily operations
- Coordinate kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and serving
- Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with the B.C. team to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Permanent employment status
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
