Food Preparation and Service Manager

At Pizza Depot, we are seeking a skilled Food Preparation and Service Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description- We require an individual who can oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is essential, as well as adhering to health and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak periods.
- A valid food safety certification.
- Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
