Requirements

We require a strong background in social sciences, psychology, or human resources. Excellent administrative skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead and manage a diverse group of staff are essential.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, arts, and/or human resources preferred
  • Progressively responsible experience working with unhoused programs and populations
  • Extensive knowledge of the local community and available local resources/social service sector

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse group of staff
  • Demonstrated cultural competency working with the Indigenous community and with Indigenous service agencies
