Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at KU-AN Services Incorporated. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, focusing on developing their skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
  • Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Sell merchandise through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship-building with customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales or supervisory role, preferably in retail or door-to-door sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. They must be able to multitask, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and managing their time effectively.
