Private Client Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Private Client Service Advisor to join our team in Prince George. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling all communication related to the sale, service, and maintenance of their insurance files and documents.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 1 general license with the intention of obtaining a Level 2 license. Additionally, 1-2 years of related experience is preferred, and experience with ICBC Autoplan is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and with others throughout the organization.
