We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for clients, maximizing commission-based revenue growth for Acosta, and fostering customer satisfaction and retention.

As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence and innovation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Acosta

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of relevant business development experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Canadian Tire experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven success in relationship building and management
  • Initiative-taker, with outstanding organizational skills, and strong abilities to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes (Requiring a proficiency in Excel)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
