About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Forever Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
    • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
    • Clean and disinfect elevators
    • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Physical Demands
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
    • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
    • Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check
