At Island Home Furniture, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include supervising sales staff, assigning tasks, and authorizing payments. You will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, as well as organizing and maintaining inventory.
