The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the group benefits industry, with a strong understanding of group insurance principles, assessment techniques, and benefit plans.

This role requires exceptional focus on customer service, negotiation, communication, and issue resolution skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

As a key member of our GroupQuest division, you will be responsible for providing quote and marketing support for groups up to 500 lives, preparing client-ready reports and documents, and collaborating with advisors to ensure proper quotations and paperwork.

To be successful, you will need post-secondary education and relevant industry designations, such as GBA under the CEBS program.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an extended health care and dental benefits package, a retirement savings plan with company contributions, and access to professional development opportunities.
