Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top talent from diverse sources, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Candidate Management: Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for our organization.
- Employee Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, respond to employment inquiries, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, databases, and other HR software.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
