About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Anoush Middle Eastern Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
