Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Diesel Engine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our vehicle maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet of trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Assist in the overhaul of major components or removal/replacement of major components at the direction of the Lead Technician or Maintenance Supervisor
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in tractor trailer maintenance required
  • Must be currently enrolled in an apprentice program
  • Must maintain membership/registration with respective Government Agencies
  • Specialized training in the repair and replacement of vehicle components preferred
