Co-ordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Co-ordination Specialist to join our team at RJC & Sons Construction Incorporated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be required to train staff, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
