Job Description
Location: Port Elgin Ontario
Shift: Days, Evenings & Weekends
As a Meat Department Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized meat department, restocking merchandise, and creating visually appealing displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Stock merchandise and create displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized meat department
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Customer service driven
- Able to stock merchandise and create displays
- Good product knowledge and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds
- Retail experience considered an asset
- Able to stand for long periods of time
