Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Stock and maintain a clean and organized meat department, ensuring a high level of product presentation and availability.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including meat cuts, cooking methods, and nutritional information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Perform tasks such as restocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
